| Welcome to Chihuahua Luvin |
| Chihuahua Luvin consists of myself - Sara, my amazing mother - Laurie and wonderful step dad, Bryon. This is something our family holds very close to our hearts - and something we have a great passion for. We take great pride in our Chihuahua puppies and all of our dogs are very important members of our family. They live in our home, sleep in our beds, and lounge on the couch. Our puppies are raised in the middle of it all! They are handled with lots of love and get lots of socialization, starting early on. They are raised with our other animals, including dogs large and small – and cats too. They are also handled often by the nieces / nephews / grandchildren often who are very gentle and respectful of them. Before you bring your new baby home they’ll be vet checked, fixed, micro- chipped, de-wormed and current on vaccinations. Our puppies get their dewclaws removed by our vet and also come with a genetic health guarantee. We organize a monthly Chihuahua Meet Up group that is so much of fun! There’s a link to the group on the “contact us” page, we strongly encourage you to join if you have a Chihuahua, or several. We spend a lot of quality time with our puppies, and each and every one of them truly mean a lot to us. We love them all dearly, and always keep them close to our hearts. It is VERY important that we keep in touch with every one of our past puppies, as they are extended members of our family. Our job as breeders is to make sure that you and the potential puppy will be compatible and that this is the correct breed for you. Most of all that you will be dedicated to this dog for the rest of its life. This is where we come in, when you get a puppy from us, we are there for the life of the dog. We produced your puppy and brought this little bundle of fur into this world and we are responsible for your puppy's welfare for the life of the dog. If you cannot keep your dog for any reason, the dog is to come back to us only. If you do not want a close relationship with your puppy’s breeder, receiving phone calls and/or email's from us for updates on your dog for the rest of your dog's life, perhaps if would be best to look elsewhere for your puppy. Owning a Chihuahua is one of life’s greatest pleasures, but also comes with a high degree of responsibility. These are long-lived dogs, living upwards of 15 years. These little dogs live to be with you and the closer to you, the better. If you don’t want a snuggler, a constant companion, and a shadow, then please do not get a Chihuahua. They give you a kind of love that in our experience is unrivaled by any other breed of dog. They are a constant source of amusement and comfort and the best of all friends. So, if you are ready for the joy and commitment of owning (or being owned by) a Chihuahua, then please feel free to contact us about available Chihuahua's (or planned litters) – and be prepared to fall in love with your new four legged best friend!!! |
